"Plutôt satisfait de mon acquisition, on retrouve le plaisir de pédaler, (depuis un an je roulais avec un vélo électrique). Cette roue m'apporte un soutien au pédalage, sans effort dans les cuisses, je test depuis cette semaine quelques réglages pour voir si cela apporte un peu plus de ressenti, dans cette accompagnement. Très agréable de retrouver un vélo sans se soucier si j'ai assez de charge, et surtout plus léger. J'avoue que mes collègues sont assez surpris et même dubitatif, chacun y va de sa compréhension au système. J'ai un vélo assez grand, donc pas toujours facile de leur faire essayer, sans compter que c'est surtout sur un parcours de quelque km, que l'on mesure l'apport de la Superwheel."

"C'est formidable ! Nous qui ne pratiquons pas le vélo durant le reste de l'année, nous avons parcouru 70 kms dans la journée, sans aucun mal aux jambes (même pas le lendemain, à froid). "Santa came early for me. I am the proud owner of what I believe is the 1st Superwheel in the USA. After FedEx couldn't figure out how to deliver it to my home, a story for another time, I picked it up last night and mounted it on my Specialized Sirrus Comp. The appeal of this wheel for me is to transition from riding my electric bike to rehab and build the strength back up from paralysis in my legs from the bacterial infection in my spine that required surgery to repair the ruptured disk and clean out the infected tissue, to riding a regular bike. The Irish designed and Canadian manufactured replacement wheel is supposed to increase pedal stroke efficiency by 30% which for me will get me up the hills that I currently don't have the strength back in my legs to get up. I'm going to go for a ride to my local bike shop who has asked to give it a ride and compare it to a bike similar but with the factory wheel. More updates to follow as I figure it out, make adjustments and start riding it."
